Content

Playing games is an intentional process that involves you in a holistic way and that allows an experiment that in reality could be dicult or impossible. Playing games opens up spaces for experimentation that allows mistakes without necessarily being sanctioned. Games can greatly support competences development, such as following rules, adaptation, problem-solving, interaction, critical thinking skills, creativity, teamwork and others.

Join a gameplay event and learn something for you!

  1. Choose game(s) that you want to play.
  2. While playing, notice what messages and values specific games promote.
  3. Think, about which personal, social and civic competence you advance through gameplay.
  4. Ideate what games you want to create involving young people!

Download this GameOn ticket to use during the event and then get your badge by uploading/sharing your gameplay experience, thoughts and ideas.
